With its true 360-degree uniform airflow, the Air Wipe delivers complete and consistent coverage around cables, pipes, wires, hoses, tubes, extrusions, and other continuous profiles. This ensures perfect drying, cooling, and cleaning without air loss or process interruption. Its split two-piece hinged design allows quick installation and easy clamping around moving materials—ideal for high-speed, continuous manufacturing lines.
Constructed from high-quality SS304, SS316L stainless steel, or coated aluminium, the Airmasters Air Wipe offers excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life even under extreme industrial conditions. With no moving parts, it requires virtually zero maintenance and provides stable performance over extended periods of operation.
Using the Coanda effect, the Air Wipe creates a high-velocity laminar airflow that entrains large amounts of ambient air and amplifies output up to 30 times, resulting in major compressed-air savings. Many users achieve payback within weeks compared to conventional nozzle rings or annular slot designs.
The system is perfect for cooling hot extrusions, blowing off moisture, removing dust or debris, and preparing surfaces before coating or printing. It is available in 12 standard inside diameters (from 3/8" to 11") with custom sizes available on request. The standard 0.002” outlet gap suits most applications, and an optional 0.004” shim can be used for increased force and airflow.
